Representative Client Engagements:

  • Annie coached a newly appointed Finance Director of a major pharmaceutical company to succeed in his role and lead the UK finance team through a challenging company reorganisation. The director was appointed to the board and through raising his self awareness and leadership skills he was able to gain the confidence and gravitas needed to operate at board level.
  • Annie delivered a series of coaching and developmental workshops to a business head and his team within a global IT services company. The programme included 1:1 coaching, coaching skills workshops and development sessions on goal setting, rapport and feedback.
