Learning Outcomes:
By the end of the workshop managers will:
- Understand the purpose, content and objectives of the ‘Developing Manager’ management development programme and how it links to the organisations goals.
- Based on your ESCI feedback and MBTI assessment be clear about what you want to achieve from the programme. Have developed your own personal development plan and some of the steps that you can take to achieve this.
