Welcome and thank you for taking the time to read my profile.

I operate along side Annie Richardson my partner and have 30 yrs extensive business experience, much of this spent in a manufacturing sector and this born out of going to art school – that’s another story!

Continuous learning is a wonderful thing and key – I’ve been blessed specifically over the last 12 years to have been on my own personal development, building with Annie international businesses based in Oxford UK, we head up   Quantum Corporate Coaching Limited, (QCC) a collegiate group of international coaches offering executive & leadership development around the world within multinationals.

Our company teams up with peers that are at least our equal and together as a collegiate group we work with leaders and help organisations improve leadership agility and thinking, individual and team performance. We are associated with a ‘blue-chip’ client base and up and coming companies too both locally and globally across a range of business sectors, where result driven improvements and return on investment is key.

I am very privileged to work with my business and life partner Annie who is becoming a true master of coaching and a very sought after lady around the world. She is a ‘force’ that can unleash powerful potential in many.

My personal focus is on a more creative and strategic role, to drive the longer term vision; I am always in the wings somewhere ensuring most of all that we are in control of the company and not the other way around.

I also invest time in managing the growth of The Quantum Group, a network marketing company and other business interests in property.

ArchitectYourHome Limited – Director

2002 – 2005, London & UK Nationwide

Privately owned successful company ‘start up’, involved with large scale initial marketing to the public and the selling of licensing agreements to architects (essentially franchising) for a new design service that bridged the gap between both architect(s) and the homeowner that traditionally had been poor and misunderstood.  The business went onto 50+ licensees (architects) in London and around the country. Royal Society of British Architects acknowledged this new service changed the face of how homeowners used the service of architects. – Fabulous cashflow business example!

JDS Group Limited – Slimline Systems – Manager

1995 – 2002, National & International

Sales, Creative + Project manager for start up business Slimline Systems retail store merchandising system, a business purchased by JDS Group joinery company. Commercially focused product design around tailored extruded aluminum profiles together with finished tubular steel parts, hanging rails etc aimed at retail stores and departmental store groups.

DSE Ltd – Director, Marketing and Sales

1989 – 1994, Birmingham, UK

Strategic and vision planning for group plc, reporting, sales & marketing, managing sales team, field sales, senior account directing, project and contract management, procurement, managing design and creative team.

Involved with managing £1m insurance claim following factory fire.

DSE Ltd – Designer/Project Manager

1981 – 1989, Birmingham, UK

Setting up as companies first in-house designer answerable to a 100 plus eager shopfloor, designing quality product for the retail market, including brand design, product and interior design.

After 4-5 yrs moving to management of 50K – 250K project roll-out(s) to tight deadlines (retail) and managing major client accounts, including management of growing design office. International travel and exhibition design.
