The process involves leadership assessments such as 360 degree assessments and behavioural interviews with key stakeholders (e.g. sponsoring managers and direct reports). This information is used to create and agree goals for the coaching. Progress towards these goals is evaluated at a mid-way and final review.

What is Coaching?

Coaching is simply a conversation between a coach and coachee. It focuses on agreed performance goals and measures for the coachee; raising the coachees awareness and creating responsibility to determine will and take action.
