Annie has been a coach and facilitator since 2001. She has extensive experience in both the public and private sectors and a strong practical business orientation. Annie’s passion for people drives her real desire to help them achieve their full potential and her exceptional listening skills make her a very effective coach, incisive and direct, driving to the heart of issues. Annie is renowned for connecting quickly with people and forming transformational coaching interventions, she has the ability to combine challenge with warmth and focus with sensitivity. She has lots of energy and establishes powerful partnerships that support her clients to achieve outstanding results. Annie has over 25 year’s corporate business experience. She has held the positions of regional Director of Housing for a major UK Housing Association, Senior Principle Consultant for theUK’s largest IT Services Company and two board positions. In 2001 she stepped away from her corporate career and founded Quantum Corporate Coaching. She has both coached and designed development workshops around Europe and the USA, frequently working with organizations with global presence. She enjoys both working with individuals and groups and has supported organisations’ initiatives to adopt coaching cultures.
Representative Client Engagements:
- Annie coached a newly appointed Finance Director of a major pharmaceutical company to succeed in his role and lead the UK finance team through a challenging company reorganisation. The director was appointed to the board and through raising his self awareness and leadership skills he was able to gain the confidence and gravitas needed to operate at board level.
- Annie delivered a series of coaching and developmental workshops to a business head and his team within a global IT services company. The programme included 1:1 coaching, coaching skills workshops and development sessions on goal setting, rapport and feedback. This was to engender a coaching culture and a set of shared values within the entire practice. This led to a complete change of emphasis in the annual appraisal process resulting in the highest levels of engagement experienced by this business team.
