1 Day Workshop
Aim:
In today’s rapidly changing business environment, leaders need to be able to adapt quickly whilst maintaining a focus on business results, team performance and meeting deadlines. This requires the leader to be aware, assess and anticipate what might happen, which in turn requires a positive attitude, mental agility and adaptability of thinking if they are to sustain success. This module will explore these behavioural characteristics and will draw upon the module leader’s personal experience to help the delegates to develop coping strategies for dealing with their own potentially turbulent environment.
