Coaches
Professionalism is very important to us and all our coaches have:
- An accredited qualification
- At least 10 years business experience
- Extensive coaching experience
- An active and formally recorded Continuing Professional Development Plan
- Regular supervision
- Worked to EMCC (European Mentoring and Coaching Council) guidelines, ethics, and standards

Best Practice – Quantum Coaching Process
- Multi-party Coaching Contract (Coachee, HR Manager, Line Manager and Coach)
- Clear objectives agreed by all parties
- Regular feedback on process and engagement, whilst maintaining Coachee/Coach confidentiality
- Personal Action Plan prepared by Coachee at end of programme
