Learning Outcomes:
- By the end of the workshop managers will:
- Be able to define an ‘effective team’.
- Understand the role of the team builder and the impact of different leadership styles.
- Understand the stages and phases of team life and dynamics.
- Have identified the importance of clear team and individual goals.
- Understand how to build and support motivation in your team.
- Have learnt and practiced the use of diagnostic tools and intervention strategies for helping teams to develop.
- Know how to use multi-culturalism and diversity to the benefit of the team.
